I noticed I had a pretty big leak coming from my front water spigot. I called at noon, Anthony picked up the phone and said he could be at my house within an hour. He gave me a great deal, did an excellent job fixing it, and even showed me a few things on how to find my water turn off valve etc. Super friendly, easy to talk to, I will definitely be calling them again for any plumbing issues. Received my water bill, and almost doubled. Called Jax Plumbing and a guy named Anthony answered, said he could be at my place within the hour. He arrived in less than that, and after speaking with me for a few minutes, he went right to work, to locate the source of my high water bill. After he performed a few tests, he traced the line that feeds my hosebibb to my boat dock, and dug up a wet area just before dock. The plastic line was split in half! He methodically dug & cut out about a 10′ section & repiped. Not only do I highly recommend Jax Plumbing, but I can guarantee you I will not use another plumbing company again. Service was fantastic, price fair and Anthony was not only hilarious, he’s a even better plumber and knows how to put a customer at ease. – Mark N

My partner and I just moved to the Oakland Park area. And after two months here, am still getting acquainted. Yesterday I went into our Master bathroom to put away towels, and I immediately stepped in water. Surprised, I looked a little further, indeed water was flowing out of the bottom of the wall! I grabbed my laptop, and searched for a plumber. After scrolling with my partner, we decided on Jax Plumbing. (Their logo kinds made us smile). I called and a man named Anthony answered. Very polite and attentive to our issue. Said he would be hem within 45 min, and he was. Once onsite Anthony, diagnosed issue behind my pedestal sink and it was bolted to tile! Fearing we could never match this tile, Anthony calmed us down..lol, and went on the other side of wall to cut drywall to access issue!..We were so relieved!..He immediately found the “Loop Leak”, capped it and ran a new line overhead in my ceiling, to Kitchen. After testing everything, he cleaned up nicely. The job cost was reasonable, and more importantly as discussed, prior to working. I highly recommend Jax Plumbing. I had an external water line leak, from the front of my house to my meter, which was causing my water bill to be three times what it normally is. I called Jax Plumbing and spoke to the owner Anthony and he came out the same day. We decided to replace the water line and he moved quickly to get the permit and get the job started. It only took Anthony and his crew 1 day to replace the water line/ pipe and he even replaced my main water shut off valve which was old. The whole process from the day I called him, to getting the permit, to when the Inspector came out to sign off on the job that Anthony and his crew did, look a week, including the weekend. I appreciate them moving quickly as every day that my water line leaked was causing my water bill to increase. During the process Anthony was very courteous, responsive, personable and professional. He kept me updated on every step – the status of the permit, when the work would start, when the inspector would come out etc. He also explained to me what he was replacing and why and he made sum he cleaned up and put everything back as it was before. Anthony is one of the best vendors I have worked with as the quality of his wads and customer service is hands down the best. He always showed up to my house when he said he would and did the work he said he would do. I hope I do not have any plumbing problems in the future but if I do I would definitely use Jax Plumbing again and I will definitely refer them to my friends and family. – Jeane M

I was very satisfied with my first plumbing job with Jax. They removed the 60 year old cast pipe from under my bathroom and replaced it with PVC then did the indoor plumbing for my bathroom remodel. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Anthony from Jax Plumbing. I called him late last night after I realized that a toilet in my preschool bathroom was leaking and cracked.
